Product Lineup
The biggest feature of Vocal Mass is that it can detect gases contained in aluminum alloy products during casting.
It measures a total of 10 types of gases, including hydrogen, entrained air, and hydrocarbons derived from entrained oil.
The upper chart shows raw data. It shows the changes in the amount of gas released from the sample during measurement. The lower chart shows the 10 types of gases measured and their corresponding mass numbers.
This is an example of analysis results. The composition of gases contained in each sample is displayed.
